The Knicks and the Nets will co-host the 2015 All-Star weekend

The Knicks and the Nets will co-host the 2015 All-Star Game festivities.

Pay per head services know that the 64th All-Star Game will be played on Sunday, February 15. The game itself will be played at Madison Square Garden while the Barclays Center will host the events on Friday and Saturday, which include the slam dunk contest and 3-point shootout.

“New York offers an extraordinary opportunity to host NBA All-Star events at two world-class venues,” NBA commissioner David Stern said today. “We look forward to celebrating our game with basketball fans across the entire city, in all five boroughs.”

The last time the Knicks hosted the All-Star Game was in 1998, while the Nets only hosted the event in 1982.
